2012 Registration InformationMidget | Bantam | Peewee | AtomMidgetWhenSaturday January 28th 11am - 2pm Sunday January 29th 11am - 2pm Where Edmonton Chargers Clubhouse 6025 - 86 Street NW Edmonton, Alberta Click here for help finding us What You'll Need Proof of grade & school - a recent report card is preferred Proof of age such as a Birth Certificate Either: A copy of the 2012 Midget Registration Form signed by a Parent or Guardian, or A Parent or Guardian to sign the form during registration Selection Camp and 2012 Season registration fees: - $300 (cheque or cash accepted) This includes the Selection Camp fee ($75) and the 2012 Season registration fee ($225). Players who are not successful at the selection camp will receive a refund of the Season registration fee. Fundraising deposit - 2 X $100 (undated cheques) Please follow the link on the right to KidSport if you need assistance with registration costs. In addition to the registration fees each player must fulfill 2 fundraising commitments. These can be performed by the player or someone else on their behalf. A fund raising deposit cheque will be cashed for each unfulfilled fundraising commitment. Cheques will be returned to families who complete their commitments. Fundraising activities include wokring at concessions or casinos. See the fundraising page for more details. Midget Registration Form Bantam Registration Form Peewee Registration Form Atom Registration Form KidSport Application Form  KidSport is a national non-profit organizations that gets kids off the sidelines and into the game by helping overcome the financial barriers that prevent some young people from participating in organized sport. Through an application process, local KidSport chapters provide grants to help with the cost of registration fees for kids under the age of 18 years. KidSport also helps to ensure that a child has the proper equipment to participate by partnering with The Brick Sport Central- a local non-profit organization that collects, refurbishes and redistributes sports equipment to kids in need.
