Bantams Win Tier 3 Provincial Championship!

Congratulations to the Bantam team on winning the Football Alberta Tier 3 Provincial Championship on Saturday, November 9th, defeating the Airdrie Raiders 7-4! It was a thrilling, hard fought, defensive battle, on a snow covered field on a cold day. With the Raiders scoring first with a field goal in the 2nd quarter, along with a rouge in the 4th quarter, it took the Chargers with 1:43 remaining in the game to score the go ahead touchdown to seal the win, with Walker Ratte taking the ball on a 3rd down gamble, rumbling 60+ yards to pay dirt! The boys hung in there, always believing and never giving up! We are all so proud of the players and coaches - thanks for a great season!
